Meaning:

"Our Lord! Give unto us in the world that which is good and in the Hereafter that which is good, and guard us from the doom of Fire."

When the Prophet came near the hill, Safa, he recited: "(Of course, as-Safa and al-Marwa are among the Scha'a iri Allaah). I begin with that which Allaah has begun." He began with al-Safa and climbed it until he saw the house, turned towards the Qiblah, mentioned the oneness of Allaah said Takbir and read: "There is no god except Allaah, the One, Who has no partner, His is the sovereignty and His is the praise and He has power over every things. There is no God but Allaah, the only One who makes the promise of being true. He grants His servant and He alone defeated the success of groups (the enemy). " In between, he said prayers. He said this thrice.

It is also reported: "He did this on al-Marwa, as well as on al-Safa." (Sahih Muslim 2 / 888)
